✅ Your school has completed its 2027 Renewal
✅ Your 2027 timetable is available
✅ You are ready to set up 2027 Head Start classes
Overview:
Your school will need to complete the following steps:
- Ensure Edrolo has usable timetable data
- Map classes to the correct Edrolo Subject
Timetable Data
There are a number of ways you can ensure that Edrolo has 2027 timetable data for your 2027 Head Start set up.
Follow the below criteria to establish what your school needs to do:
- If your school has an active timetable integration such as LISS, Wonde or Compass:
- You can proceed to Class Mapping and follow this article
- If your school exports timetable data from Timetabling Solutions, TES (E10) or Griddle:
- You can follow this article to export and upload your timetable data before you can commence class mapping
- If your school has none of the above timetabling systems:
- You can follow this article to complete Edrolo’s CSV Timetable Template
Complete Class Mapping
Once you have timetable data available in Admin Hub, you can continue on to complete your 2027 class mapping.
