Use this article if:

Your school is in the process of completing Class Mapping but makes mistakes during this process that need to be rectified

Note: if you encounter an issue beyond this scope, please contact help@edrolo.com.au and provide the following information:

  • A screenshot of the error

Types of errors covered in this article:

  1. The wrong class code was selected to map
  2. The wrong Edrolo Subject was added to a class code

Wrong class code selected to map

This could occur if you mistakenly add a class code for a subject the school is not subscribed to. For example, you add the class code for Units 1&2 Biology but the school is only subscribed to Units 3&4 Biology.

  1. While in Class Mapping, locate the class code that was added but that doesn’t need to be mapped to an Edrolo subject
  2. Click the 3 dots to the right and select ‘Remove’
  3. This will prevent the class from being created and it won’t appear in class mapping anymore

Wrong Edrolo Subject added to a class code

You could mistakenly click the incorrect subject entirely or the wrong units.

For example, setting the ‘Primary Edrolo Subject’ as ‘VCE Psychology Units 3&4’ when the class code is PSYCH12 and requires access to Units 1&2.

  1. While in Class Mapping, locate the class code that has the incorrect Edrolo subject attached
  2. Click the dropdown under ‘Primary Edrolo Subject’ for that class code and then select the correct Edrolo subject
  3. This change will then be reflected on the class. Please note this may take a minute to update in ‘Classes’
