MESHA reporting is now available in two forms:
- An in-app report, which surfaces insights and recommendations based on your results straight away; and
- An excel spreadsheet format providing in-depth for you and your school to analyse.
Both of these reports are accessible from the Reporting section of each assessment.
Circled in green is the Download full report button, which downloads the excel spreadsheet of assessment results.
Within the in-app report, there are five sections:
- Overview - A general overview of the assessment results, including assessment highlights, school and class-level averages, average score per curriculum strand, and learning opportunities.
- Misconceptions - Question-level insights into performance within each question and the specific misconceptions that were most prominent within your school. You can also set tasks within Edrolo based upon these misconceptions.
- Student gap to growth - Student performance within your school in comparison to the MESHA cohort.
- Student engagement - Data that confirms which students completed the assessment and how much time they took to complete the assessment.
- Results grid - A guttman chart of student responses.
Within the excel spreadsheet report, there are four sections:
- Student report - Student performance within your school in comparison to the MESHA cohort and guttman chart of student responses.
- Class report - A side-by-side comparison of each class' performance in comparison to the MESHA cohort.
- Misconceptions report - Question-level insights into performance within each question and the specific misconceptions that were most prominent within your school.
- Charts - A visual representation particular data sets.
