How do I set up my 2027 classes for Head Start if my school uses Wonde?
This article is for schools that connect to Edrolo through Wonde but won't be publishing their 2027 timetable data through it before the schools requested Access date. Uploading a CSV lets your students and teachers start Head Start in their 2027 classes before the new school year begins.
Important: This article is for schools who have a Wonde connection but do not have a timetable software system, or use any other timetable system other than TES (Edval) or Timetabling Solutions.
If you do use TES (Edval) or Timetabling Solutions, please refer to this article.
The order of these steps matters. Please ensure your subscription is renewed and your timetable data is ready before you Activate 2027 in the Admin hub. Only activate 2027 when you are ready to upload your data, and then map your classes.
Complete 2027 Subscription renewal
- Sign in to Edrolo and go to Subscription in your Admin Hub.
- View your school’s 2027 subscription.
- If there is no 2027 subscription visible, follow up with your schools Edrolo Coordinator. You can not take any further action until the 2027 subscription is renewed and shown here.
- If the 2027 subscription is visible, proceed.
Prepare your schools 2027 timetable data CSV files
If you have no timetable software system, or use any other timetable system other than TES(Edval) or Timetabling Solutions, you will need to create a CSV file using the Edrolo template.
- Follow the steps 1 and 2 in this Help Centre article to create this CSV file.
Activate 2027
- Sign in to Edrolo and go to Settings > Timetabling in your Admin Hub.
2. Click Activate 2027 sync.
Uploading your 2027 class list
- After Activating 2027, refer to Step 3 onwards in this Help Centre article to upload the CSV file.
- Once your CSV file is successfully uploaded, its time to set up and map your classes
- Follow the the steps in this Help Centre article to set up and Map your classes
- Congratulations! You have now finished your initial class set up
Keeping the class enrolments up to date
Keep the classes up to date by managing the class enrolments manually, or by uploading fresh exports of your data files.
These will be auto processed and the timestamp in the admin hub will let you know when the processing was last completed.
Switching back to your Wonde sync
When your Wonde data is published and you are ready to have the sync enabled again, contact us at help@edrolo.com.
If the Class codes in your published Wonde data are different to those in your CSV files, you will need to complete the set up and mapping process again.
