The Timetabling Solutions (LISS) integration allows your published timetable in your daily organiser file to sync directly with Edrolo's enrolment management system. This means better data security, faster updates, and fewer errors.
By connecting the two systems, we eliminate the need for you to manually submit enrolment changes or send data exports to us.
To be eligible to sync with Edrolo successfully, the following files must be published on the school’s Timetabling Solutions/Daily Organiser Management Portal:

In the Home Page menu, under option 3. Published Timetables, the 2026 Published Timetable file (.tfx) must have a start date on or earlier than the date you would like to begin syncing with us (e.g. if today, the .tfx file must have a start date of today or before).

Under option 4. Daily Organiser, the 2026 Daily Organiser file (.dof) must be marked as published. This can be done by right-clicking on the .dof file and selecting "Mark as published". The blue earth icon indicates that the file is published:
Several timetables will be published across the year, but it is the 2026 Daily Organiser file (.dof) that is synced to Edrolo. So, any future published timetables will be linked under the 2026 Daily Organiser file, and therefore (the most recently published timetable file) will be received by Edrolo.
To set up the LISS integration via the Timetabling Solutions/Daily Organiser Management Portal, follow these steps:
- Under the Home Page menu, select option 6. SIF/LISS Integrations.
- Click +Add.
- Choose LISS Provider from the top banner.
- Enter the UserName, and Password provided by Edrolo. If you don’t have this information, contact the Edrolo School Support Team.
- The URL will always be https://edrolo.com.au/liss/rpc/
- In the UserAgent field, type in “Timetabling Solutions”.
- In the School field, enter your school’s full name.
- Select Sync at specific time to enable the daily auto-sync function and enter your preferred time you’d like Edrolo to receive your sync.
- In the section that says “Select the integration calls you want to perform with this LISS partner,” check the following 5 boxes:
- Publish Students
- Publish Teachers
- Publish Classes
- Publish Timetable
- Publish Class Memberships
- Validate the sync and click Synchronise to enable the initial sync. Click Save to finalise the integration.
- You now have configured your sync via Timetabling Solutions/Daily Organiser. Edrolo will receive daily auto-syncs of your published daily organiser file at the time you have elected.
