Admin Hub: Overview and Navigation

Admin Hub is your user management system to manage school, teacher, class, and admin access for Edrolo. This article explains what it does and how to get around.

What you can do:

  • View and manage staff accounts: Add, edit, deactivate staff accounts and assign roles
  • View and manage student accounts: View students, view activation status, move students between classes, reset password and resend activation link
  • Manage classes: Add, move, remove students and teachers from classes
  • Configure SSO: Self-serve setup of SAML SSO for your school
  • (Coming Soon) Set up timetable integration: Upload CSV, select integration method, validate data
  • (Coming Soon) View and download payment portal collections reports

Getting started:

  1. Sign in to Edrolo (https://www.edrolo.com.au/) with your school email
  2. Open Admin Hub from the left navigation by clicking the last icon down the button, navigating to "Admin Hub" or if you have already logged in, click directly via: https://edrolo.com.au/settings

Who can access it:

  • School administrators with Admin Hub permissions
