Uncollected Textbook Orders

If your order is delivered and you are not home, the carrier may take it to your local post office or collection centre. You will receive a notification with details on how and when to collect it.

You must collect your order within the time period specified by the carrier.

If the order is not collected and is returned to us, we will contact you with the following options:

  • Reshipping: We can resend the order, but you will be responsible for additional shipping & handling costs. These vary based on your location, but are typically $20 - $25. We will send you an invoice for this amount, then ship the order once we receive payment.
  • Refund/Store Credit: If you no longer want the order, we may issue a refund minus shipping & handling costs and any return fees charged by the carrier.

Please note that we are not responsible for orders uncollected within the carrier’s holding period. To avoid delays, ensure your shipping details are correct and check delivery notifications promptly.

If we do not hear from you with 14 days of receiving your uncollected order, we will refund the charge to your account, minus applicable shipping & handling costs and any return fees charged by the carrier.
