If you receive a faulty or damaged textbook, please contact the Edrolo Customer Support Team via help@edrolo.com.au 

In your email, please include: 

  • Your name 
  • Your email address
  • Your school 
  • The name of the textbook 
  • A couple of photos of the fault or damage

Our Customer Support Team will be able to help organise a replacement!
