You can purchase print or digital textbooks included in your school’s subscription via the Payment Portal in your account. To do so, click on the Pay Now button from your Edrolo account and follow the prompts to add the print textbook to your purchase.
Please note: Tracking information and shipment reminders will be sent via email to the student's email address which is linked to their Edrolo account.
If you are unsure if you need an Edrolo textbook as part of your school subscription, please contact the Edrolo Customer Support Team via help@edrolo.com.au
If your school is not subscribed to Edrolo print textbooks or is subscribed to digital-only resources, you are unable to order a print textbook through our individual “Success Kits” or an “All Access” Subscriptions. Access to digital or print textbooks is only available through a school subscription.
If you no longer have access to the Payment Portal on your Edrolo account, you can still purchase a print textbook for your subscribed subjects.
To do so, simply email us at help@edrolo.com with the following details, and we’ll take it from there:
- Student's Full Name
- Student's Email Address
- School Name
- Complete Shipping Address (including postal code)
- Phone Number
- Subject Name & Year Level (for the textbook)
