How can I return a textbook?

All print textbook purchases are final and once received, and can not be returned to Edrolo. 

If the textbook that you receive is faulty or damaged, please email the Edrolo Customer Support Team via help@edrolo.com.au 

In your email, please include: 

  • Your name 
  • Your email address
  • Your school 
  • The name of the textbook 
  • A couple of photos of the fault or damage

Our Customer Support Team will be able to help organise a replacement!
