Once the Payment Portal closes, students will now need to finalise any outstanding payments directly with the school. Once payment has been confirmed, please reach out to the Edrolo support team at help@edrolo.com.au to unlock their account (only if the school opted to lock out unpaid students on Payment Portal closure).
In your email, please include the following:
- Students full name
- The name of your school
- The email address registered on your Edrolo account
