Paying for your child’s resources via direct payment link

Edrolo now offers a streamlined way to pay for your child's resources without needing to log in to their student account.

Where do I get my link?

Your unique payment link is generated and sent by your School Administrator. If your school has opted to use this feature, you will receive an email triggered by your school from Edrolo containing your secure, one-time link.

If you have not received a link and would like to pay this way, please contact your school’s administration office to request one.

How to complete your payment?

  1. Check your inbox: Look for an email from Edrolo. If you don’t see it, please check your Junk/Spam folder.
  2. Click Access Payment Portal button: The button will take you directly to our Payment Portal. You do not need to enter a username or password to further access this page.
  3. Enter details: Review the items, enter your payment information, and confirm.
  4. Confirmation: You will receive a receipt via email immediately after the transaction is successful.

Important: 72-Hour Expiration

For security reasons, these direct links are temporary and will expire 72 hours after they are sent.

  • If your link expires: You will see an "Expired" message when you click it.
  • What to do: Please contact your school administrator to request a new link. They can resend a fresh one to your email in just a few seconds.

Security Note: This link is unique to your student’s specific account and billing details. Please do not forward or share this link with anyone else.
