How do I create a Task?

  1. Click on the “Tasks” button in your account


  2. Click on “Create a new task”. 


  3. Select the subject that you want to create a Task for from the “Select subject” dropdown menu. 

    • Once selected, a list of all available questions for the chosen subject will appear

  4. To narrow down the list of available questions, click on the “Select by topic” dropdown menu and select a specific unit or chapter. 

    • You can jump between any topic within the chosen course to create the perfect set of questions to suit your students needs

  5. Drag the questions that you want to include in the Task from the left column, into the box on the right column. 

      • You can also rearrange the order that these questions will be displayed in the Task by dragging them up and down.

  6. Click on “Untitled Task” at the top of the right column to set a title for the Task 


  7. Underneath the title, you can select which class or specific set of students that you’d like to assign this class to. 

    • Once active, this Task will appear in all selected student accounts 

  8. Click on “Due Date” to open the calendar drop down and select the desired due date. This date will be shown to students when they access the task.

  9. When you are happy with the set up of the Task, click on the “Set task to active” button at the top right corner. 

    • A pop up will appear to let you know that your task is now set to active
