- Click on the “Tasks” button in your account
- Click on “Create a new task”.
- Select the subject that you want to create a Task for from the “Select subject” dropdown menu.
- Once selected, a list of all available questions for the chosen subject will appear

- To narrow down the list of available questions, click on the “Select by topic” dropdown menu and select a specific unit or chapter.
- You can jump between any topic within the chosen course to create the perfect set of questions to suit your students needs

- Drag the questions that you want to include in the Task from the left column, into the box on the right column.

- You can also rearrange the order that these questions will be displayed in the Task by dragging them up and down.

- Click on “Untitled Task” at the top of the right column to set a title for the Task
- Underneath the title, you can select which class or specific set of students that you’d like to assign this class to.
- Once active, this Task will appear in all selected student accounts

- Click on “Due Date” to open the calendar drop down and select the desired due date. This date will be shown to students when they access the task.
- When you are happy with the set up of the Task, click on the “Set task to active” button at the top right corner.
- A pop up will appear to let you know that your task is now set to active
