This guide provides a detailed walkthrough for the Parent Account Holder on setting up user accounts and activating subjects.
Part A: Setting Up Your Parent Account
- Purchase and Email Verification: After purchased, the welcome email with your unique confirmation link will be immediately sent to you. Click the activation link to verify your email address. The link is valid for 7 days, if you cannot see the email, please double check your spam/junk folder.
- Set Your Password: You will be prompted to set your secure password.
- Login: The system will log you in and take you to the onboarding process.
Part B: Onboarding: Setting Up Your Family and Subjects
This process allows you to add all your users and grant them access to the subjects you purchased.
Step 1: Add Student and Teacher Accounts
Use the onboarding flow to add your learners (Student Accounts) and any optional supervisors (Teacher Accounts).
- Add in Details: Provide the first name, last name, email, and year level for each student and teacher, if tehy cannot see the email, please double check spam/junk folder.

New User Verification: When you add a user, the system immediately sends them a welcome email with a verification link.
- Action for New Users: Students and teachers should click their link to verify and set their password. They will then need to manually log in.
Step 2: Assign Subjects
- Select subjects: you can pick the subjects purchased and assign them to your students, you could choose here whether or not you want to see other year level subjects.
- Add teacher: you could assign teacher to different subjects on the right navigation.
- Validation Check: The system checks that you do not assign more subjects than you purchased.
- Finalize Access: Once subjects are assigned, the system creates the necessary classes and enrols the students.
Step 3: All Done!
You will reach a confirmation screen and a link to start using the platform. Your students can now log in and access their enrolled subjects!
Access Tip: Multiple Parents
If a partner or other family member needs access, please add them as a Teacher Account via the onboarding flow. They can supervise classes but cannot manage subscriptions or add users.
