1. Your Account Roles
Your Edrolo experience centers around three key roles:
- Parent Account Holder: You are the initial purchaser and administrator. You manage the subscription, add users, and assign subjects.
- Student Accounts: Your learners, who access the content you assign.
- Teacher Accounts: Optional supervisors (like a spouse or tutor) who can view assigned classes but cannot manage the subscription or add users
2. Subscription & Student Management
Your subscription includes a fixed number of students for the subjects or bundles you bought for a calendar year.
Individual Subjects: One student accessing that single subject
Bundles: One student accessing any subject within the bundle (using one subject or all subjects still only counts as one seat)
3. Quick Troubleshooting Tips
If a student or supervisor is having trouble getting started, these tips usually help:
- Email Verification: Did they click the unique verification link and set their password? This is essential!
- Enrollment: Did you complete the subject assignment in your Parent Account?
- More Seats: Need to increase your subscription? Please purchase additional seats directly through Edrolo store.
