Edrolo’s proprietary learning and assessment platform is developed and maintained internally. All platform data is stored within Australia at Amazon Web Services’ Sydney data centres.
To support essential business functions, Edrolo engages select third-party Software as a Service (SaaS) providers. These services are primarily utilised by internal teams to fulfil legal and financial reporting obligations and to provide high-quality customer service.
While these services process data as part of their core functionality, any access to that data by third-party personnel is strictly limited and controlled. This access is governed by comprehensive Data Processing Addendums (DPAs) and robust technical measures. Our service providers are contractually prohibited from using our data for any purpose other than the direct provision of their service and must demonstrate adherence to high security and compliance standards, such as SOC2, ISO 27001, or GDPR.
As part of our comprehensive Privacy Program, we proactively monitor and adhere to all applicable data protection legislation. Please note that any student or learner data collected is strictly limited to the minimum required for user authentication and the functional operation of the Edrolo platform. Edrolo does not, under any circumstances, sell user data to third parties.
