Spaced Retrieval is designed to be a "set and forget" habit-builder for your students. If you leave it "On":
- Automation: Tasks will be created and assigned every 14 days without any extra action required from you.
- Automatic Cleanup: tasks will auto-archive at the end of each 14-day cycle. This ensures students only see relevant, current work rather than a backlog of unopened tasks.
- Smart Generation: Tasks will only generate for active classes. If a class hasn't been active in the last 90 days, no tasks will be assigned.
You can toggle this off at any time if it doesn’t suit your class needs.
