Students
If the subjects in your Edrolo account need changing (for instance, you have recently enrolled in a new subject or you have withdrawn from a subject), please email the Edrolo Customer Service Team via help@edrolo.com.au.
In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- The name of your school
- The subject name, year level, and class code (if you know it) of the class that you need to be added to or removed from
- The name of your teacher(s) and two students in that class
A member of our team will update your enrolments and let you know once this has been completed!
Teachers
If you need to update the Edrolo courses that you are teaching or adjust the student enrolments in your class, please contact the Edrolo Customer Service Team via help@edrolo.com.au.
In your email, please include:
- Your full name
- The name of your school
- The subject name, year level and class codes of the classes need access to or need to be removed from.
- For adding or removing students, please let us know the students full name and email address.
A member of our team will update your teaching allocations or student enrolments and let you know once this has been completed!
