MESHA Overview
- Total working time: 40 minutes
- Section A: 20 minutes (calculators not allowed)
- Section B: 20 minutes (calculators allowed)
- Important: Students submit Section A manually before moving to Section B. Teachers should ensure all students have submitted Section A before calculators are used.

Teacher FAQs (troubleshooting)
Logging in & assessment access
- What if a student or teacher cannot log in? First, have the student attempt a password reset. If that fails, double-check the student's email address. A common issue is a misspelled email address or the use of a personal email instead of a school-issued one.
- Can I move the test to a different day? Yes. You (or another teacher) can change the date as long as it is within the assessment window.
- What if a student is sick or away? Remove the student from the class sitting list. They can be added to a new sitting when available.
- What if a student is not on the class list? Edit the sitting to add a student from a different class. If they aren't in any class, add them using the Admin Hub.
Class monitoring
- How do I see student progress during the assessment? Click “View Assessment” while the test is open to see a dashboard of their work.
- How do I change the sitting? Click “Edit sitting”. You can add students or give the class more time during the sitting.
- Can I change the date or time? You can change date/time before the sitting starts. Once it starts, you can only add more time.
