Welcome to Edrolo, we’ve made things simpler! If you are new to Edrolo, find the scenario below that best fits your situation to get started.
1. Your school has an Edrolo subscription
If your school is subscribed to Edrolo this year, there is no need to wait for an activation email.
1.1 If you know your school email already:
- Simply head to https://edrolo.com.au/account/login/ and enter your school email address and password.

First time logging in? If you haven't set a password yet, click "Reset password here" on the login page to set up your password using your school email.
1.2 If you don't know your school email address
You can still login via our "Use a school activation code instead" option instead, please reach out to your school or Edrolo Customer Care team for the code.
2. Unsure if your school is subscribed?
If you aren't sure if your school has an active subscription for this year, we are happy to check for you!
Please email us at help@edrolo.com.au and include the following details so we can find your account:
- Your full name and your school email address
- The name of your school
- Your year level

The subjects you are taking or teaching
Tip: Always use your official school email address when logging in or contacting support team to ensure you are connected to the correct school account!
3. You want to purchase additional subjects
If your school is not subscribed to Edrolo, or you want to access subjects outside of your school’s current plan, you can purchase the subjects with us directly.
- Step 1: Visit the Edrolo Shop to select your subjects.

Step 2: Once purchased, keep an eye on your inbox! You will receive two emails:
- Your purchase receipt
- Instructions on how to access your new subjects(s)
