Welcome to Edrolo, we’ve made things simpler! If your school is subscribed to Edrolo, there is no need to wait for an activation email.

Tip: Always use your official school email address when logging in or contacting the Customer Care Team to ensure you are connected to the correct school account!

First time logging in:

  1. Head to https://edrolo.com.au/login and enter your school email address.
  2. A confirmation link will be sent to your email. 
  3. Click on the link in the email to gain access to your Edrolo account and set a password.

Logging in via Single Sign On (SSO):

If your school uses Single Sign On, you don’t need a separate Edrolo password. The system will automatically recognise your school email and direct you to your familiar login portal.

If you’ve already activated your account:

  1. Head to https://edrolo.com.au/login and enter your school email address and password 
    1. If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “Reset Password” link and follow the prompts to set a new password.

If you don't know your school email address:

  1. Click the “Use a school activation code instead” link 
  2. You will be prompted to enter the 6 digit activation code that is unique to your school 

If you don’t know the activation code, please reach out to your school of the Edrolo Customer Care Team at help@edrolo.com.au

Please email us at help@edrolo.com.au and include the following details:

  • Your full name and your school email address
  • The name of your school
  • Your year level
  • The subjects you are taking or teaching
