How to Bulk Order Edrolo Textbooks for Your School

This article explains how subscribed schools can bulk order their student and/or teacher copies of Edrolo textbooks for the 2026 academic year. The process is streamlined using your school's unique, pre-curated textbook collection.

Key Ordering Steps

Follow these 5 steps to place your textbook order:

1. Access Your Unique Textbook Collection

1. Click the unique link provided in your school's 2026 Textbook Order email.
2. Enter your unique passcode, also found in the email, to access the collection for your school.
3. After entering your unique passcode, you will be prompted to sign in with your Shop account or by entering your email address (after signing in you may be prompted to enter your unique passcode again to gain access)

💡 Note: Your unique collection has been curated with the specific Edrolo textbooks you have subscribed to for 2026, making selection easier.

2. Select Textbook Quantities

3. Ordering Complimentary Teacher Copies

Teacher copies are complimentary and are listed as a separate item in the collection.For each textbook in the collection you can order up to 2 complimentary teacher copies.

• If you need more than two complimentary teacher copies, please place your order with the two-copy limit first, then email fulfilment@edrolo.com with the products and the total number of copies you require.

4. Checkout and Payment

1. Once all required quantities are in your cart, proceed to checkout.
2. Select your preferred payment method: Card or Invoice.
   • If you select Invoice, it will be emailed to you within 7 days of your order.
3. Delivery Instructions (Optional): If you require delivery after the standard delivery date (e.g., if the school is closed until late January), please add this specific date under “Order special instructions” in your cart before you check out.

5. Review Shipping Costs and Place Your Order

Shipping costs vary based on your school's order type. To save on costs, we encourage placing a single, consolidated order.
