One of the most popular requests we get from our school partners is the ability to update their own student enrolments through the Edrolo platform.
Class Editor is a new feature that we are progressively rolling out and is not yet available to all schools.
Eligible Edrolo Co-ordinators, nominated Timetable Co-ordinators and Heads of Departments will see Class Editor in the drop down menu of their Edrolo accounts.
The Class Editor page will display your school name and by default, the class lists.
You can select to edit a specific student, or by the class to edit the enrolments.
If you are not able to locate a student to add/remove or edit, it is likely that they don't yet have an Edrolo account set up at your school.
Please contact help@edrolo.com.au with the student details (full name, email address and at least one class code to enrol the student in), to request an account to be set up.
Please note that any timetable data that is received by Edrolo for processing will override any changes made in Class Editor that does not already exist in the data.
